     Caressa grows up as a mostly blind orphan on a distant planet colony.   Determined to escape her ordinary life, she hires a matchmaker to find her a husband.   After the wedding, she and her husband, Michyle, take a leisurely honeymoon cruise and fall in love among the stars. 

     However, a hunter of the Universal interrupts their honeymoon when he picks up on Caressa’s spirit energy.  It is then that she learns of her alien lineage and the threat of the Universal against people like her.  She is whisked away into hiding for five years.  She finally emerges under spiritual protection so that the child she created with Michyle can meet him.



      But, has enough time past to ease the threat of capture?  Has too much time past for her to reignite the flame between her and Michyle?
